During its development, the Institute has become a reputable company on the market regarding education and training of the employees in the field of occupational health and safety, fire protection and environmental protection. Training the employees and examining their qualifications is a legal obligation and duty of every employer.
TRAINING AND TESTING OF HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES AT WORKPLACE - OHS
One of the obligations of the employer is to ensure that every employee is theoretically and practically trained for safe work at their workplace. Training of employees for safety at work is done when establishing an employment relationship, reassigning employees to other jobs, introducing new technologies in the company, introducing new means of work or replacing existing ones, changing work processes and reassignment to work after absences that lasted longer than one year. The employer is obliged to adopt the Program in advance, on the basis of which the training and testing of employees' knowledge will be performed.
Upon completion of the theoretical and practical training, the expert commission of the Institute SIGURNOST will check the acquired knowledge of the employee through a test. Given the way the test is conceived, it is necessary to have 80% correct answers in order to be considered that the candidate has passed.
As an epilogue, after the test, a Certificate and Minutes of competence for safe and secure work are issued, signed by the members of the expert commission of the Institute.
TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES IN THE FIELD OF FIRE PROTECTION - FP
As in the previous area, employee training consists of a theoretical and a practical part.
The theoretical part of the training is performed by the method of self-education through manuals prepared by the Institute, and adapted to the employee's workplace.
The practical part of the training is conducted by the expert team of the Institute and consists of a demonstration of how to use the available firefighting equipment and equipment, which is owned by your company, and which employees can have at their disposal within the workplace.
After completing the practical training, the test is completed, which means that the one in which the employee has collected at least 80% of positive answers is considered to have successfully passed the test. Pursuant to the Law on Protection and Rescue, the Institute SIGURNOST, as an authorized organization, has an obligation to issue a record on the performed training, which is performed once a year at the request of the client.
EDUCATION OF EMPLOYEES IN THE FIELD OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION - EP
Many years of experience of examiners in the testing laboratory of the Institute SIGURNOST accredited according to the standard MEST EN ISO / IEC 17025 has placed them among one of the best educators in the field of environmental protection. In the past our clients have expressed a great interest for the external training of professional staff, because of which we have made even more improvements in this area.
